How Does It Work?

Three steps take you from first conversation to a plan your child’s team puts into action.

1

Assessment

Our BCBA gets to know your child and family, listening to the behaviors and goals that matter most and carrying out a structured evaluation of skills, strengths, and areas for growth.

2

Setting Objectives

Using the evaluation results, our BCBAs collaborate with your family to create clear, realistic goals that target key behaviors and support your child’s daily independence.

3

Personalized Planning

The BCBA designs an individualized treatment plan. A Behavior Technician carries it out in each session and carefully records data to track progress over time.
